These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between b222 ("Company", "we", "us") and you ("User", "Member"). By accessing the b222 website, mobile version, or any of its services, or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

The following terms are used in this document with the meanings given below:

• "Platform" — the b222 website, mobile version, and all related services.
• "Member" or "User" — a person who has created an account on b222 and is using the platform.
• "Account" — a Member's registered personal profile through which platform services are accessed.
• "Bonus" — incentive funds or benefits granted by the Company to a Member, applicable subject to specific conditions.
• "Deposit" — a transfer of funds into an account by the Member.
• "Withdrawal" — a transfer of funds from the Member's account to their own mobile banking account.
• "Wagering" or "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

To open an account and use services on b222, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This service is only available to persons aged 21 or above.
• You must be a resident of a country or region where participating in online betting and gaming falls within your personal responsibility.
• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must create an account in your own name — operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Only one account per household or address is permitted.

If any of these conditions are violated, the Company reserves the right to close the account immediately.

The Company reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. If documents submitted are found to be false, the account will be cancelled and funds may be forfeited.

Each person may hold only one account. Having multiple accounts will be treated as "multi-accounting" and is a serious violation — all accounts may be cancelled and all funds forfeited.

Members must deposit from their own mobile banking number and withdraw to the same number. Using a third party's account for transactions is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of anti-money laundering policy.

The Company reserves the right to carry out security checks before processing a withdrawal. Any transaction deemed suspicious may be held and investigated. Deposited funds must be used in a game at least once before a withdrawal request can be made.

b222 offers a welcome bonus for new members: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

Additional bonus terms:

• The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only — not to subsequent deposits.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified period from the date the bonus is received; otherwise the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If misuse of bonus rules is suspected ("bonus hunting" or "arbitraging"), the bonus on the relevant account may be forfeited.
• More than one bonus cannot be active on a single account at the same time, unless the Company specifically approves it.

b222 offers various gaming services including slot games, live casino, and cricket betting. Each game or market may have its own rules, which are detailed on the site. General rules are as follows:

• All bets are deducted from a valid account balance. Placing a bet with insufficient balance is not possible.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue or server disconnection, the Company will make a decision based on the system log and that decision will be considered final.
• Attempting to gain an advantage by exploiting any software or network flaw ("exploiting") is a serious violation.
• Using any third-party tool, bot, or automated software to play games is strictly prohibited.
• In sports betting markets, the Company reserves the right to adjust odds or suspend a market at any time.
• Attempting to cause losses to the Company through betting strategies or by coordinating linked accounts is collusive behaviour and may result in account cancellation.

Betting is available on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake placed on that event will be refunded at the Company's discretion. Winners will be determined only after the official result is published.

b222's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — with weekly cashback awarded at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

A Member's VIP tier is determined by their activity and participation on the platform. There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier through active and regular participation. Cashback is calculated on net losses and is credited to the account each week.

The Company reserves the right to change VIP benefits, cashback rates, or eligibility criteria with or without prior notice.

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts or controlling another person's account.
• Using funds obtained through theft, fraud, or any other illegal means.
• Hacking or carrying out cyber attacks on the platform's software.
• Engaging in fraudulent coordination with other users of the platform.
• Systematically attempting to profit by exploiting the bonus or promotion system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial crime.

In the event of the above violations, the Company will cancel the account, forfeit funds, and reserves the right to notify the relevant legal authorities where necessary.

• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure events (natural disasters, government intervention, etc.).
• Account credentials falling into another person's hands due to the Member's own negligence.

In any situation, b222's total liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited into the Member's account in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

Closure at the Member's request: Any Member may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact the support team. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure, provided there are no pending conditions.

Closure at the Company's initiative: The Company may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Provision of a false identity or documents.
• Use of the account by a minor.
• Legal obligation or regulatory directive.

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus and any funds earned from a bonus may be forfeited. The return of original deposited funds will be decided on the basis of an investigation.

b222 reserves the right to amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify Members via the site or by email. However, continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

These terms and conditions form the complete agreement between the member and b222, replacing any previous oral or written understanding. Even if any part of the terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions is official. In case of any linguistic ambiguity, the company's interpretation will be considered final.
